Project management for work that crosses teams.
Novara advises private owners, businesses, contractors, and government teams across industries. Bring us a single project decision, a rollout that needs a lead, or a workstream that must fit a larger program. We define the scope together and coordinate delivery.
Issue raised
A supplier moves a delivery date.
Which milestones depend on the delivery?
What would expediting add to the budget?
Can another team bring planned work forward?
Who we work with
Start with your role.
Tell us which decisions you own, where you need support, and who will receive the finished work.
Individuals & property owners
Planning a renovation or opening a small business location? We can compare bid scopes, identify exclusions, and put the key decisions and dates on one page before you hire.

Get support for a system rollout, an operating change, or a defined part of a capital program. We agree which teams and milestones the assignment covers and how your leadership will track it.
General contractors & primes
Bring a trade package or a coordination gap. We can work with your PM or superintendent to align submittals, release dates, field dependencies, and change decisions with the upcoming work.

For an agency requirement or a prime’s subcontract package, review our capabilities and identifiers. Tell us the requested scope, procurement stage, and response deadline.
Project management consulting
Where do you need support?
Bring us in when an idea needs a plan, when delivery spans several teams, or when the original plan no longer fits.
Start with a workable plan.
Agree on the outcome, scope, budget assumptions, milestones, and decision owners. Give the sponsor a baseline before teams commit resources.
Coordinate the work.
Connect internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Track dependencies, test changes against the baseline, and bring decisions to the people who can make them.
Get a delayed project moving.
Separate the critical blockers from the backlog. Compare recovery options, agree on the tradeoffs, and give each next action an owner and a date.
Ways to engage
The right role for your project.
Some teams need a second set of eyes on a plan. Others need someone to coordinate several workstreams through a transition. We agree on the role, deliverables, and decision authority up front.
- 01
Independent project review
We review the current plan, listen to the people doing the work, and give the sponsor a short list of risks, options, and decisions.
- 02
Support your project lead
Keep your internal lead in place. Novara can take on scheduling, vendor coordination, risk tracking, or the reporting your leadership team needs.
- 03
Lead an agreed scope
For a defined initiative or workstream, we coordinate delivery from kickoff to acceptance. Your sponsor owns priorities and authorizes material changes.
Company & leadership
Meet Jamie Turner, PMP.
Chief Executive Member
Jamie brings experience in owner representation and hyperscale data center commissioning, elevator modernization, and manufacturing supervision. In the U.S. Army, he led communications teams responsible for equipment accountability and operational readiness.
That experience shapes how he runs a project today. Before a sponsor commits to a milestone, Jamie asks who owns the next handoff, what evidence the team needs, and which decision could hold up the work.
He holds a BA in Management with a project management concentration from American Military University and is completing the capstone for his MBA in Project Management.
